Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Stolis Creation, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy below to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@stoliscreation.in or call us at +91 89812 93730 with your order number.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


2. Returns and Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item.

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You received an incomplete shipment.

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • You may be required to send photos of the item and packaging for verification.

  • Once the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup if serviceable by our courier partner (Shiprocket). Otherwise, we will guide you on how to return the item.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or replacement instead of a monetary refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
