Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Stolis Creation, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy below to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns and Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

You received a wrong item.

The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

You received an incomplete shipment.
Conditions:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

You may be required to send photos of the item and packaging for verification.

Once the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup if serviceable by our courier partner (Shiprocket). Otherwise, we will guide you on how to return the item.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.

In some cases, we may offer store credit or replacement instead of a monetary refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or personalized jewelry

Items purchased during sales or promotional events

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
